Our procurement team operates a professional testing lab, and we are continuously expanding production. The factory employs over 100 staff across departments, including pressing, machining, assembly, packaging, quality control, stamping, R&D, advertising, business, HR, administration, and finance.

Benefiting from experience with over 100 brand clients, Tushang has developed a mature end-to-end system from R&D to production. We offer rapid sampling: simple designs are sampled the same day, while complex items are ready within 7 days after mold creation. Stock orders ship within 3 days, and customized orders within 1530 days. Ten specialized production lines, each managed by experienced textile industry personnel, ensure timely and quality-assured order completion.

Equipped with advanced machinery, including 100-ton die-casting machines, computer-controlled embroidery, UV printers, visual dispensing systems, hot cutting, weaving, stamping, sealing, laser, packaging, 3D printing, and filling machines, we offer comprehensive customization from 3D design and prototyping, mold making, parts production, assembly, to final packaging.
